"While looking for some softer factors like constant support, encouragement,a sense of importance ,flexible timing; my search stopped at my current employer "Testovation".
Talking about my infant stay of just 7 months, I have learned so much more than expected in such a short time.
My association with the company is very new and not much time but it is sure that it does not proportionate to the amount of exposure the company has given me in such less time. I have discovered my capabilities in different roles and challenges assigned to me. We as a team not only focus on delivery but constant skill upgrade to match growing demands of the business.
Special mention to the founder for keeping his promise of extensive learning from day of my joining to the present and he makes us all on toes to upgrade ourselves by setting timely objectives and making sure that they are met timely.I have been loaded with opportunities to work on different domains and mentor teams.
Having given the ownership of the projects from the beginning till the final delivery has enabled in self-sufficiency across teams.
Not only work or catering to professional growth,we have gained personal fulfillment also. We leave no stone unturned to celebrate festivals and events in the company which give chances to be familiar with the team and create a healthy environment in the workspace.Working at Testovation is about making work enjoyable, good balance between work culture and productivity.
